BuyerBrief
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Beta product
BuyerBrief is an early-stage product that generates property-specific diligence prompts for homebuyers from public US and Canadian real estate listings. Listing portals may block or omit details, and generated reports may be incomplete or imperfect.
Not professional advice
BuyerBrief is not a home inspection, appraisal, legal opinion, financial recommendation, mortgage recommendation, insurance quote, title search, permit search, environmental assessment, or substitute for qualified professional advice. Use it as a checklist of issues to verify with appropriate professionals before making an offer or waiving conditions.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only listing URLs and intake information you have the right to use.
- Verify all facts, risks, costs, permits, disclosures, maps, insurance constraints, and local rules independently.
- Do not rely on BuyerBrief as the sole basis for buying, selling, financing, or insuring property.
- Do not misuse the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, attack it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Reports and availability
Reports are generated from available listing text, extracted facts, buyer intake, curated risk patterns, and AI output. Report links in v1 are temporary and may expire. Save or print the report if you need a lasting copy.
Payments
Paid reports are charged through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. If report generation fails after a confirmed payment, BuyerBrief will attempt to refund the payment automatically. See the Refund Policy for more detail.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BuyerBrief is provided “as is” without warranties. BuyerBrief is not responsible for listing inaccuracies, missing portal data, professional-service decisions, transaction outcomes, lost opportunities, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of BuyerBrief after an update means you accept the updated terms.
